What does meditating mean?
The Latin word means 'to consider' and the Sanskrit word Madha, which is used for meditation, means 'wisdom'.
It means to train, calm and empty the mind.
Meditation can be extremely good for helping anyone who is suffering from stress and who wants to have a more balanced and peaceful life.
As you learn to meditate on a daily basis you will become more self-aware and have a deeper understanding of yourself. You will experience a greater feeling of calm.
